We want you to love your new gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Riot Games hangtags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
